Run Like A Fool is a 5K race that takes place around April Fools Day every year in Olympia. This year the race will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025. There is also a free kids 1-mile race!
The last day to register online is 8:30 on the day of the race. Day of race registration is available.
This is a great route for your first 5k: two laps around scenic Capitol Lake. Fast and flat course on pavement and gravel. What costume will you be wearing?

Free kids race starts at 8:45 am
5K starts immediately after kids run (approx. 9:00 am)
Both races start and finish at the Heritage Park in Olympia, WA.
